UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!!! The owners definitely do not disappoint. Had lunch there twice this week and I have to say the quality of their meat and rolls is outstanding. They have new menu options and are willing to "do it your way". A friendly family like environment and well stocked product. can't wait to try all their items.

Myself and two others ordered the italian chicken sandwich which has breaded fried chicken,broccoli raab and roasted peppers with sharp provalone.Well it was horrible very little chicken cold veggies and very dry they did'nt care enough to cook and heat things up,we paid $30 to the delivery man for garbage.This was our first and last time we get anything from there and it's a shame because we ordered it from down the street at Cook's 2 Tavern they lost all that business!

Yum! My fiance and I checked out the deli yesterday. It is currently under new ownership and it was recommended to me by a friend. I had a green hoagie, which is broccoli rabe and provolone cheese on a seeded roll. It was so delicious. The broccoli rabe was cooked to perfection and not bitter at all. My fiance had a cheesesteak with fried long hots. He enjoyed it. The peppers were not as hot as he normally likes, but he said they were still good. I also had tomato bisque soup, which was creamy and yummy. The prices are good, and they have longer hours than the last owner. Also, it's hard to find anywhere that serves broccoli rabe and long hots around here. I would definitely visit again!

The Wings at this place are the best in Delco! I had them in the Special K sauce and my God is that sauce SPECIAL!! I have had them 3 different times and each time they were equally awesome! I have had wings from all over but the Clifton Deli Wings are the real deal! So get here and get some wings! You can get 12 of them for $8. So the price is right too.

Well They did it again. .Donna and the rest of the Clifton Deli gang..Hot Roast Beef with Sharp Provolone Cheese and off course some hot peppers. Recently ordered a food tray for a coworker bereavement dinner..what a wonderful experience. Everyone I spoke with at this deli was wonderful but Ken was amazing. I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service, I would give 10 stars if could. Took his time and recommended what he thought was best and boy was he right, our coworker was amazed, its catered to perfection. He even picked up a card and wrote a note from us to the family. Ken thank you and your staff, you went above and beyond and did not break the bank for us..very, very reasonable. Food was also very delicious.Ann

Were it not for another helpful Yelper, I would never have thought to come out to Clifton, for a great lunch. Tried the special, which was an Italian Pannini, and it was a great detour from the normal hoagie/ cheesesteak option that Im used to. Food was delicious and affordable, staff was stunningly friendly and helpful. Always great to find a new lunch spot nearby. Thanks Clifton Deli and thanks Vinny P.Ill definitely be back.

I agree with the previous review. Quality and value at this establishment. Smoked turkey, fresh lettuce, fresh tomato, cranberry mayo on black russian. 6 bucks! Damn fine sandwich and really close to my office. As the italics above say, "Yay! I'm a fan."

Who would think Clifton would become my go-to place for vegetarian sandwiches?! Clifton Deli has solid options including the Mother Earth and an insanely delicious yet simple broccoli and cheese sandwich (broccoli, fried onions, and melted sharp cheddar on a steak roll). They also don't look at me (too) funny when I order a Black Forest Rueben, hold the steak, sub mushrooms. To go along with your sandwiches, they have lots of french fry options, but go with the fried pickles instead! My non-vegetarian, non-better, other half has enjoyed the cheesesteaks, ruebens, and a few of the more creative options as well.

The food here is excellent! We stopped in for lunch - my hubby and I shared a buffalo chicken cheese steak and a Cubano. I am a self-proclaimed expert on Cubanos and this one was pretty darn good. I wasn't wisked away to Miami while eating it, but it was very tasty! The chicken cheese steak had real chicken breast in it and it was delicious. The owner is super friendly which really rounded out a lovely lunch experience. Lunch for the three of us (our toddler had scrambled eggs and loved them) came out to just under $20. This place is awesome and deserves a visit!

For some reason, the food quality has dropped significantly since my last review and while still okay, is no longer worth the high prices. Also, the drink selection is now next to nothing and the last time I had lunch there the table was very sticky. Not so much my favorite any more.

I happened to be driving by their deli and stopped in to see if I could order a side of sauerkraut to complete my afternoon sandwich. The owners were so friendly and I got my side of sauerkraut. Will definitely visit this deli again.

Owners are super nice & make this such a friendly place to visit. The menu is great but they'll put together anything you think of if you don't see what you want. Everything I have tried is Excellent. My favorite is the Orchard Wrap, a custom creation by the owner, try it, you'll love it!

Quality. As I was biting into my "Mother Earth" sandwich - swiss cheese, avocado, red tip lettuce, tomato, and mayo on whole grain bread - I realized that sandwich was elevated into the arena of exceptional because the ingredients were of excellent quality. Clifton Heights Deli has a very appealling menu, including standards like Italian hoagie and tuna on toast, as well as "sandwiches with a twist" as they say in their logo. I especially have enjoyed the rotating salad selections. So far, I've tried lentil with pumpkin and goat cheese, orzo with feta, olives, and tomato, and a sweet salty broccoli salad. There are plenty of vegetarian options. Clifton Heights is unfortunately a bit out of the way for me. But this deli is something special, and I always look forward to stopping by for lunch whenever I am passing through!
